The objective of this UX case study is to design a mobile application solution that streamlines the process of scheduling automatic data subscriptions and sharing airtime with friends. With a focus on enhancing user convenience, the application aims to enable users to effortlessly share data and airtime with multiple recipients simultaneously, while simplifying the user experience.

OneClick is a mobile application that empowers users with the ability to schedule airtime and subscription plans for their cherished friends and family members. On OneClick app, users can effortlessly create customised plans, seamlessly add friends to their network, set subscription schedules, and conveniently facilitate payments on behalf of their loved ones.
The primary goal of the app is to redefine the process of gifting airtime and data subscriptions, with an emphasis on simplicity and user-friendliness.
My team and I carried out research in order to understand the usersβ needs and their experience with existing products.
We distributed survey forms to potential users, receiving a total of 55 responses. To gain further insight into their needs, we conducted one-on-one interviews with two additional individuals.
