To design a user-centric mobile application that will help transform the event management space by providing event creators with a user-friendly platform to effortlessly create, plan, and manage events of all sizes and types.
Also, to enhance the attendee experience by centralizing event-related information, updates, and communication channels within a single application.

This UX design case study centres around Eventee, a mobile application tailored to assist event creators in scheduling events, sending reminders, and keeping attendees informed about event details.
A major challenge encountered by event creators is efficiently communicating event updates to participants when there are schedule changes.
I began by conducting user interviews with event organisers and potential attendees to understand their pain points and needs in event management and communication.
