Imagine a world where physical post offices have vanished into history, and parcel deliveries are done by drones. There is a need for a seamless and user-friendly mobile app to manage post office operations.
The goal of this UX case study is to design a user-friendly mobile app. This app will empower users to effortlessly manage their post office operations, including the sending and receiving of parcels, all from the convenience of their smartphones.

EAPOST is an app designed to address the inconvenience of physically visiting a post office for sending and receiving parcels.
EAPOST enables users to utilize drones for sending and delivering parcels. All parcel-related activities, including setting addresses, tracking deliveries, and checking delivery status, are conveniently managed within the app.
During the onboarding process, the system generates a unique postbox ID for each user, which contains their address details. This postbox ID is used on third-party platforms (such as drone companies or e-commerce solutions) to generate the user's delivery address.
In addition to its parcel management capabilities, the app offers users suggestions for top-rated stores where they can place orders.
